I have been a trial lawyer for over 40 years, specializing in Personal Injury litigation and first-party insurance disputes, both as a Defense Attorney and as a Plaintiff’s Attorney. Throughout my career, I have tried dozens of cases to a jury and handled hundreds of non-jury cases to final judgment.

My experience includes lecturing on first-party insurance coverage disputes at various seminars, collaborating with private CLE providers and local bar associations. I have litigated a wide range of Personal Injury cases, including Premises Liability, Products Liability, Negligent Security, and First-Party Property disputes. Additionally, I have extensive experience in Automobile Coverage cases, including Uninsured Motorist and No-Fault coverage claims.

Beyond Personal Injury law, I have also represented clients in Maritime disputes, Medical Malpractice claims, Employment Discrimination cases, Contract Disputes and Debt Collection matters.

In addition to my litigation practice, I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court and County Court Mediator and have completed the Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator Training. I believe in the Mediation process as a powerful tool for resolving disputes by fostering collaboration and bridging differences to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. I have been a practicing attorney for over 34 years. I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit Court Mediator.
